Sadly the electrical helpline where I've been happily working for 6 months has come to an end. They closed it :(
I miss so many people I worked with.
I got another job internally at the same place working in a different department that deals with warranties.
Started my training and I'm working with a new team now. It's not going to be the same but some collegues I used to work with are still there working in other departments so it's nice to see someone I know around still.
Glad that you got the new job. Sucks about it closing down though. Are they outsourcing the jobs to someplace else?
The call centre is being moved to a different part of the country. The company that leased us out are now moving all their individual call centres 'in house' now.
And yes I've spoken to some of these new employees over there and they are indian some of them.
New job is going well though.
